Description
Understanding Your Values and Building a Life Around What Matters
Some lives look fine from the outside, yet something feels slightly off. The days are full and the list gets done, but there is a quiet sense that this is not quite your life. This gentle, self-guided program helps you look at your life from the inside, find what truly matters to you, and take small, steady steps toward a life that feels more like yours.
Does this sound familiar?
- Your life looks fine from the outside, but something feels slightly off.
- You set goals every January and lose them by March.
- You are busy all the time, yet the things that matter most keep getting pushed aside.
Often the problem is not a lack of effort. Sometimes the goals we work so hard at were never fully ours.
What this course is about
Many of the expectations we live by came from family, culture or the people around us. Some fit us well. Others quietly pull us away from what we care about. This program helps you notice the difference, find your own values, set realistic goals that grow from them, and look after yourself and your relationships along the way. It does not promise a perfect life. It offers a clearer sense of direction and a kinder way to move toward it.
The central question
"What truly matters to me here?"

- The Quick-Start Guide: a simple plan for how to use everything.

Questions
Is this therapy?
No. This is a self-guided program for education and self-reflection. It is not psychotherapy and does not replace personal care from a qualified professional.
What if I am going through a very hard time?
Please look after yourself first. Planning for the future can wait. If you are going through a loss, a crisis or ongoing low mood, please reach out to your doctor or a qualified therapist. If you feel afraid, or someone has threatened or harmed you, please reach out to a trusted person, a counsellor or a local support service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
Does this replace my doctor or medication?
No. Please do not stop or change any prescribed medication or treatment because of this program. Speak with the professional responsible for your care first.
Who is this not for?
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out for direct support rather than a self-guided program. In Canada you can call or text 9-8-8 at any time.
How will I receive it?
Right after purchase you will receive a download link for all the files.
What is the refund policy?
Because these courses contain downloadable materials, we generally do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the files have been downloaded. If you have a problem or would like us to consider an exception, email contact@atulmehra.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We review requests individually and may offer a refund depending on the circumstances. Please contact us about duplicate charges, missing files or download difficulties so we can help resolve the issue. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer protection law.

You do not need a perfect plan. Only a clearer sense of what matters to you, and the next small step. If you are ready, this program offers a gentle place to begin.
