Anxiety Coaching
Understand Anxiety. Stop Fighting Yourself.
Anxiety is not a malfunction. It is a message.
This is a 3-month anxiety coaching program designed to help you understand anxiety, develop practical tools, and create a healthier relationship with yourself.

Anxiety is not a malfunction. It is a message.
Anxiety is not something to fight or silence. It is something to understand. When we listen to its message, we begin creating a different relationship with ourselves.
What the program is
- Twelve weeks, 12 live one-on-one coaching sessions (one per week, 45 to 60 minutes each). Each session builds on the previous one, giving you time to apply what you learn in your everyday life.
- The same core structure for every client, but the examples, goals, and pace are built around your life, not a generic script.
- Three phases: understanding where you are, applying practical tools to real situations, and building changes that you can continue after the program ends.
- A between-session action after every meeting, not homework for its own sake, but a way to test an idea against your actual week and bring back what you learned.
Is this coaching a good fit for you?
Coaching is not the right starting point for everyone, and I believe it is important to be honest about what kind of support will serve you best.
This coaching may be a good fit if:
- You experience anxiety and it affects your life, but you are still able to engage with your daily responsibilities and are looking for support to create change.
- You may already understand some aspects of anxiety through reading, therapy, or courses, but you want support applying that understanding consistently in real life.
- You want accountability: a regular meeting, a clear focus each time, and someone tracking your progress with you.
- You are looking for practical, real-life application, work, relationships, decisions, social situations, more than you are looking to process the past.
This is probably not the right starting point right now if:
- Your anxiety is severe, rapidly worsening, or seriously disrupting daily functioning.
- You are working through trauma that needs to be processed with a clinician, not practised on your own between coaching sessions.
- You need a diagnosis, a risk assessment, or medication guidance.
- You are in crisis, or there is any concern about your safety right now.
If any of the second list sounds closer to where you are, psychotherapy is the more appropriate and safer starting point, and that is a conversation worth having honestly, not a reason to feel discouraged.
If you are not sure which list you fall into, that uncertainty is exactly what a short conversation before we begin is for. You will not be asked to commit to anything on that call.
What coaching is, and what it is not
Anxiety Coaching: Clarity, Practice & Resilience is designed to help you understand anxiety, build practical skills, and apply what you learn in your everyday life.
It is a different form of support from psychotherapy. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, process trauma, or provide crisis or medical support. If your needs are better supported through psychotherapy or another form of care, I will be honest with you and help guide you toward the right support.
If anxiety is intense, overwhelming, or affecting your daily life in serious ways, professional support may be the better starting point, and that’s more than okay. If you’re in crisis or ever have thoughts of harming yourself or others, please reach out to local emergency services right away. This program offers education, guidance, and practical tools, but it isn’t a substitute for therapy, medical care, or emergency support.
What the three months look like

Month 2: Application and experimentation. This is where understanding becomes action. You will begin applying practical tools to real situations, noticing what works, and developing new ways of responding to anxiety in everyday life.
Month 3: Consolidation and transition. We focus on strengthening what you have learned, identifying the tools that fit you best, and creating a realistic plan to continue moving forward after the program ends.
What an individual session looks like
Every session follows a simple structure, so you know what to expect while we focus on what matters most for you:
- A check-in on how you are doing, and whether coaching still feels like the right fit.
- A look at what you tried since the last session, and what you learned from it.
- One clear focus for today’s conversation.
- Practising a tool that connects with what you are working on.
- Applying it directly to something happening in your life right now.
- Choosing one realistic action to try before we meet again.

Registered Psychotherapist | Author | International Speaker
I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and the director of Jaagran Psychoanalysis and Wellness Centre in Mississauga. Through more than 27,000 hours of client sessions, books, and years of clinical experience, I developed a different way of looking at anxiety, not as something broken within us, but as something carrying a message that needs to be understood. I created this coaching program for people who want to move beyond simply understanding anxiety and begin creating a real, practical relationship with it in their everyday lives.
How to begin
The first step is a short conversation, not a commitment. We will talk about what is bringing you to coaching right now, and honestly assess together whether this program is the right fit for where you are, or whether something else would serve you better.
Common questions
Is this the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is different from therapy. It focuses on goal clarity, practice, and accountability. It does not diagnose or treat a condition or process trauma. If clinical care is what you need, I will say so directly and we will talk about referral.
Can I do this alongside therapy?
Often, yes. Many people use coaching to practise and apply what they’re working on elsewhere. We would talk this through in your first conversation.
What if coaching turns out not to be enough?
Every session includes a check on whether coaching still fits your needs. If it does not, we talk about that honestly and look at what would serve you better.
How much does it cost, and how do I start?
We will cover fees and scheduling on our first conversation, once we have talked through whether the program is a good fit for you.
Can coaching continue beyond three months?
Yes. The three-month program creates the foundation, but anxiety is not the same experience for everyone. Some people may choose to continue with additional sessions to deepen their understanding, strengthen their skills, and continue applying what they have learned in their daily lives.
